Health Risk Management Directors Our regional HRM Directors serve as an extension of each client’s Lockton Account Service team and have the opportunity of working with clients to develop and implement customized HRM strategies. Directors have multiple years of experience in wellness, personal fitness training, coaching, disease management, nursing or related areas.

Medical Directors Our two national Medical Directors bring more than 50 years of combined physician experience to our HRM practice, and serve as strong leaders in our HRM practice. Both have experience working as medical directors for insurance carriers, and both have been involved in developing healthcare cost management strategies throughout their distinguished careers. Our Medical Directors are involved in the analysis of your health plan’s population health status, working closely with the HRM team to identify intervention opportunities to incorporate in your company’s HRM strategies.

Health Risk Management Specialist Building resources and facilitating collaboration between HRM professionals are the essential functions of this Specialist roll. Our HRM Specialist is dedicated to developing HRM resources and assisting our regional offices in using these tools. Benchmarking and other HRM measurement activities are centralized so that we can provide informative reporting to our HRM team and clients.

Clinical Reporting & Data Analytics Professionals Lockton’s data experts work together to develop tools and reports that monitor health plan performance from a variety of perspectives. This multi-disciplinary team uses its years of experience in actuarial services, employee benefits and clinical settings and its passion for data analytics and technology to build data exhibits that provide meaningful measurement. These experts work closely with the entire HRM team to help interpret data and predict potential outcomes.

Compliance Experts Lockton’s Compliance attorneys offer sound direction about the legal aspects and concerns in implementing Health Risk Management initiatives. They are involved in the development of new tools and processes and work to keep our clients informed about legislation which may impact their health plans.
